Bloom SS23 | NYFW Presentation | Fall 2022

In September of 2022, I presented my Debut Collection of 8 looks at NYFW representing my independent label Lillian Jenae Designs LLC. This experience challenged my creativity, and product development skills while creating a Ready-to-Wear collection. In addition this collection was also showcased at Austin Fashion Week in November, 2022. This collection was created independently from coursework.

 

This Spring/Summer 2023 womenswear collection Bloom, draws inspiration from our past present and future as we grow and develop as individuals. The collection features an ultra-feminine progression of color and texture while maintaining a minimalistic approach to the silhouette, emphasizing the idea of "wearable whimsy." This womenswear line is best described as elevated picnic wear, perfect for a girls trip, brunch, and anything in between. "Bloom" features wearable statement pieces and re-imaginings of concepts that have been long loved.

 

Studio photos were shot by myself in the summer of 2022, runway photos from various presentations were captured during the show by the photography team and designated attendees.
